Our history & DNA

Born in China in 2002 as a student think tank, DWDG travelled across India, Europe and Africa before becoming a Strategy Consulting Firm. <p>This journey shaped our DNA: a global outlook, a deep curiosity for new perspectives, and a strong belief that business if done in a well & good way is the most powerful force for positive change.

DWDG was set up in China by Sébastien Frendo as he was in an exchange student in Shanghai Jiaotong University. It started initially a student think tank. Its firts name was ACEI: Asian Center for Emerging Ideas.

ACEI became ShARE, a global student think tank, Sébastien then started his professionnal career at the Boston Consutling Group. He later worked for the Tony Blair Insitute advising several government in Africa. After 5 years in China and India, a few years in Eruope and 8 years in Africa, Sebastien turned ShARE into a strategy cconsulting firme.

With more than 3000 alumni across 50 countries, DWDG networks spans from Indonesia to Brazil.
