    Lionel Aklikokou

    Lionel has been with Do Well Do Good (DWDG) since 2019, first as a Strategy Consultant and later as Country Head / General Manager, leading the organization's operations, programs, and team from its Lomé head office. Since May 2025, he has also served as Managing Director of the Institute of Strategy and Leadership (ISL), a DWDG entity, expanding his leadership role across the group's strategic and educational initiatives.

    Pierre has 12 years’ experience in strategy consulting, including at BCG. He leads strategy and circular economy for mobility and construction clients, and advises governments on public policy.

    Shengyun Lu is a former Roland Berger strategy consultant with manufacturing experience. An AI advisor and venture builder with automotive expertise, he is Associate Partner at Do Well Do Good, leading China.
